CalcInterface API

These calculation APIs are based on the C# language and the RTDB data abstraction interface (also called VtrinLib), and it provides good functionality and flexibility for application development.

C# Calculation API was our main calculation tool before CalcEngine and it allows module and task definitions for Vtrin classes.
